Hstar Technologies Corporation

Founded in 2007 by leading MIT roboticists, Hstar pursues ground-breaking robotics research and development with the support of private investors and over $5 million in grants from the U.S. Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.

Hstar's founders are innovative, highly trained robotics engineers with over thirty years of collective robotics development experience, including work with the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (CSAIL) Laboratory, development of telerobotic surgery and artificial limb / biomimetic robot technology, and autonomous robotic systems.

Hstar's headquarters and main development facility is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Manufacturing operations will be provided by Hstar's sister company in China, Handy Robotics Technologies, in which Hstar holds 40% ownership.
